Job Title: Training Producer

Salary: £23,000 - £40,000 per annum (DoE), plus bonus

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and commercially minded producer to join our busy team. You will be responsible for the research, production and project management of training courses within the financial policymaking and regulatory industries. The work involves extensive secondary research as well as telephone and face to face meetings to establish key subject areas that can be translated into profitable and educationally valuable training propositions.


You will analyse the results of research to come up with proposals that package need-to-know information in logical, cohesive and attractive agenda. You will also identify and recruit senior level speakers and manage the relationship with these speakers on an ongoing basis through to delivery. The ability to establish long lasting relations with key industry figures is essential in this role.


The role could be suited to a graduate or a producer looking to accelerate their career. Excellent progression opportunities available on the team and within the wider business! There will be a requirement to travel and attend events internationally from time to time. A challenging role for someone who enjoys event production and face to face interaction, and has a keen interest in financial markets.


We are considering applications from graduates or experienced producers.



  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a social sciences or related subject; economics or politics preferable.
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach to your work.
  • A willingness to learn and take on new ideas.
  • Excellent time keeping and work ethic.
  • Good research, writing and communication skills
  • Studies and/or keen interest in economics and financial markets


  • Proven production experience within financial markets, policy making and financial regulatory spheres
  • Good understanding of event/conference production.
  • Excellent research, writing and communication skills
