Job Description

We are looking for a skilled recruiter to manage the recruitment process for all positions within Infopro Digital and be the central point of contact for all recruitment related issues within the HR Department.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Use ICIMS to ensure that the recruitment process for recruiting managers is efficient and effective.
  • Create a worthwhile database of CVs for future opportunities within Infopro.
  • Updating and circulation of weekly vacancy list.
  • Management of our internal referral scheme.
  • Meet with line managers after sign off form received to discuss attraction planning strategy, projected time to hire, gain full understanding of the role and person specification, discuss the assessment process.
  • Support managers in short listing of candidates for interview
  • Keep up to date with managers progress on first interviews and attend first interviews where required
  • Produce competency questions and recruitment assessments.
  • Provide detailed feedback for interviewees.
  • Provide frequent data and reports to hiring managers and other key stakeholders.
  • Keep company social media pages (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn) updated on a regular basis.
  • Control/Reduction of recruitment costs: measured on direct recruitment numbers and cost per hire.
  • Create, organise and attend graduate assessments days when needed.
  • Update and maintain our ICIMS recruitment system. 
  • Liaise with HR representatives in our New York and Hong Kong offices.
  • Ad hoc HR duties.

Qualifications

  • Strong and consistent track record of recruitment experience within an Agency environment or onsite within Corporate client.
  • Excellent sourcing skills including networking and taking a creative approach utilising sites such as LinkedIn etc.
  • Be comfortable with, and demonstrate, a strong track record of liaising with senior managers.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
  • A proactive, diplomatic, assertive and flexible nature.
