The successful candidate will have a creative vision as we encourage fresh ideas and have a hands-on control of the full sales process where our subscribers are at the forefront of everything we do.
The ideal candidate will live and breathe the sales process as well as hold some experience in digital however, practical experience within the sector is not essential, a proven passion and drive within a similar industry are far more important to us so let us know what makes you the ideal out of the box candidate.

The successful candidate will join an entrepreneurial, highly motivated subscription sales team responsible representing the Insurance market place working on Insurance Post. You will be working with both potential and existing customers, including the top tier insurance companies. We sell subscriptions to our clients on an enterprise and 121 basis over the phone and face to face. You will be working within a sales team expected to deliver at least 15% year on year growth.
Core accountability to become a revenue generating member of Insurance Post subscription sales team within short period of time. Accept personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work. Can be relied upon to achieve excellent results with guidance within the first 3-6 months developing this into independent work.
Adapt easily to changing business needs, conditions and work responsibilities. Adapt approach, goals and methods to achieve successful solutions and results in dynamic situations. A 15% growth on all subscription accounts is expected
Convey clear, timely, persuasive messages that positively influence the thoughts of our clients.
Make timely decisions without sacrificing quality or the integrity of our brand. You will be given clear parameters to work within.
Influence others potential subscribers within your clients with enthusiasm for your work and organisation’s objectives. Hunger to learn and don’t be afraid to ask questions.
Demonstrates strong technical skills required for the role, pays attention to detail and take initiative to broaden knowledge.

HOURS OF WORK
Normal working hours are 9am to 5pm, with an hour for lunch. From time to time, dependent on the project concerned, some additional hours and travel may be required.
