This is a role that offers full antimony in a consultative environment whilst retaining and building a solid client database.
As we move into a new age of marketing, with highly complex fully integrated solutions becoming the norm there is an overwhelming need for us to provide a greater service to our major clients across our brands with the delivery and execution of our campaigns being of the upmost importance.
The client relationship executive will work within our delegate sales and events marketing team and close to our commercial teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of our most important insurance conferences and bespoke events.
The role requires a variety of skills and talents to recruit for these live and online events including telemarketing, customer service and project management skills, understanding internal structures and processes whilst possessing an excellent can-do attitude and attentiveness to detail. The client relationship executive must also understand the importance of the customer’s needs to ensure all aspects of the bespoke events are delivered to their full potential.
The candidate will be required to build and maintain relationships with our key delegate clients across multiple event series and in doing so, identify which delegates are most relevant to our sponsorship client’s product offering. You will then use this intelligence to secure attendance via telemarketing, with highly consistent delivery and limiting failed and last minute drop outs.
The Client Relationship Executive will be required to:

Communicate with the commercial teams about sponsor expectations and ensure they are kept up to date with how projects are progressing. They must be excited, enthusiastic, and committed to furthering the key client objectives.
Demonstrates strong technical skills required for the role, pays attention to detail, takes initiative to broaden knowledge and suggest best practice
