    Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus OTE

    Job Description

    We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our London-based sales team. The job will suit an ambitious, creative and hard-working person keen to accelerate their career in sales.

      

    You will support the full range of products of Red-on-line: a comprehensive platform to support its clients to mitigate EHS Risks: Legal Registers and Monitoring; Incident Tracking, Work Accidents, Audit and Inspections, Action plans, Risk Analysis.

     

    A varied and engaging sales role, this is a fantastic opportunity to work on fast developing company.

     

    Essential criteria

    • Individual with sales experience 
    • Willing to work hard and learn.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; effective time management; strong commercial acumen; and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Consultative selling approach and comfortable with over the phone and face to face environments.
    • Excellent at building relationships and growing spending accounts.
    • Someone who is looking for a creative position and offer full portfolio solutions to clients and not afraid to pitch new products.
    • Ambitious and keen to succeed.
    • Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
    • Exceptional communicator / negotiator.

     

    The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of exceeding targets, whilst delivering creative solutions to their clients.  

     

    Travel will form a part of this role, so if you love travelling then this could be the perfect job for you!

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience in working in a B2B environment.
    • Having a background in environment / health and safety / consulting markets is not essential but would be highly regarded.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; effective time management; strong commercial acumen; and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
