    Job Description

    The Role

     

    The role will be selling our beauty brands Luxe Pack tradeshows, which is a very dynamic business unit registering a two digits growth every year. Directly reporting to the Sales Director your mission is to develop new accounts within the American markets. Your clients are high end manufacturers for the makeup and luxury packaging industry.

     

    Our expectations

    • You need to be completely autonomous in the sales cycle
    • In order to succeed, you will need to identify market opportunities and then the decision maker, utilize a consultative sales approach to understand their needs and propose our tradeshows worldwide
    • You will set up and execute an ambitious sales action plan
    • You will regularly report on your sales activities and revenue progress
    • This position requires a great number of phone calls every day, as well as travels in America
    • Your role will be to proactively generate new business and also maintain strong relationships with our current customers

    • A proven background of successful sales experience in a B2B environment is essential and ideally in the cosmetic or packaging ecosystem and (or) tradeshows business
    • Qualitiesthat you should have to be a star and exceed your goals for this role include being highly dynamic and determined, as well as tenacious and convincing in order to overcome gatekeepers and successfully pitch to the decision makers. Curiosity and business intelligence are keys to better understand markets in the USA and adapt the strategy.
