    Job Description

    An exciting opening has arisen for a Client Engagement Executive in the Customer Service team.


    Working on Subscriptions within the CS team, you will be setting up new users and processing orders on a variety of systems, as well as making contact with the end users on a regular basis to encourage engagement and answer queries. Enterprise (corporate) subscriptions and online access are a vital part of the overall subscriptions package and there will be strict deadlines to meet. You will build strong working relationships with both colleagues in other departments and also external clients.
