We are looking for a Delegate Sales Executive to join our fast paced and successful conference sales team!
This is a demanding and rewarding role for the right candidate with plenty of opportunity for financial reward and career development within a global organisation.
You will be required to contact and exploit all opportunities during specific campaigns; meet performance targets; show the ability to work within a successful team maximising the revenue for the events you work on and gain an understanding of the sales process and the financial markets we operate in.
What we value

Be able to demonstrate success in a sales role.

Have the enthusiasm, motivation and drive to succeed in a targeted sales environment.
Have excellent communication skills as this is a telephone based role.
Have experience in a B2B / Event sales environment. (Preferred but not essential.)
Have knowledge of the financial & investment markets. (Preferred but not essential.)
This role is best suited for someone who is a confident communicator (you will be on the phone!), good customer service skills, is computer literate and has a hunger to over achieve.
You will be responsible for:
Keeping a pipeline of all leads to accurately report, forecast and manage the campaign
Being able to confidently speak to all customers and clients in a helpful and understanding manner.
Exceeding personal sales targets and drive event revenue.
Build good relations with team members and colleagues across the business
Establish, and maintain a level of market/client knowledge that can be utilised to assist in the planning and support of present and future events.
Be proactive in developing ideas that will help you achieve your targets
Onsite event support.
