    Infopro Digital Automotive (IDA) is the automotive BU of the Group. With over 70 years of experience, Infopro Digital Automotive is one of the European leaders of technical information for the automotive aftermarket. IDA has revenues over 50M€, 500 employees, over 50 000 garages equipped and an international presence in 6 countries.
    Today, our offers bring together mechanics, manufacturers, parts distributors, specialized tire dealers, insurance providers, equipment manufacturers… and the clients of our clients, thus creating an exhaustive global offer and providing comprehensiveness, efficacy, and connectivity in a formerly fragmented process.


    An exciting opportunity has come up in the Automotive sales team which is a newly created position selling into the UK market.


    This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious sales person to take a step in developing and building the UK business for the company’s performing and innovative softwares and web based applications such as online catalogues, technical databases, marketing solutions and ERPs.


    • Individual with strong sales and business development experience in the UK automotive aftermarket, ideally at distributor/wholesale and head of workshop chains level
    • Excellent UK market knowledge, well established in the aftermarket world
    • Excellent at building relationships, growing spending accounts and negotiating
    • Hands-on and building mentality, willing to work with the internal teams to develop adapted and required solutions, able to analyse and define market strategies
    • Someone who is looking for a creative position and offer full portfolio solutions to clients and not afraid to pitch new products
    • You will be required to travel nationally for business meetings weekly with travel also bi-monthly to France as required. 
    • Willing to work hard and learn, ambitious and keen to succeed
    • Highly organised with excellent time management skills, able to work both independently and as part of a team
    • Excellent communicator, able to build quickly good and strong relationships with internal teams based in France
    • Fluent in English, French is an advantage


    What were looking for

    The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of exceeding targets, whilst delivering creative solutions to their clients. Therefore a perfect knowledge of the automotive aftermarket and understanding of the customer’s requirements are key. A knowledge of software and/or web based solutions is an advantage, but not a must have.


    This position especially fits to candidates with a strong business development and entrepreneurship mentality, willing to build and able to work autonomously.
