    We are seeking a talented Sales Manager (not to manage a team) to join our London-based enterprise sales team. The job will suit an ambitious, creative and hard-working person keen to accelerate their career in sales.

    Job Description

    The Enterprise Sales Manager is responsible for:

    • Delivering significant uplift in our enterprise and 1-2-1 subscriptions through cross- and up-sell (c. 25% p.a.)
    • Retaining our existing client subscription base at a ratio > 90%
    • Building and developing client relationships across their book of business of clients
    • Presenting usage statistics from our analytics packages, Totango and Google Analytics, to key customers
    • Protecting our copyright and monetising opportunities highlighted through client infringement
    • Establishing best-in-class sales and client engagement practices (in close partnership with the Group Marketing Director and Head of Customer Services)
    • Transitioning our subscription business from individual subscriptions to enterprise subscriptions
    • Driving increased penetration and engagement across our existing client base
    • Building close partnerships with the enterprise customers

    Qualifications

    • You will have an understanding of subscriptions business and the interactions between the key functions; sales, marketing, data insight and customer service
    • Understanding of Enterprise Solution Selling
    • Experience within the financial markets preferred
    • Ability to build strong relationships with key clients
    • Excellent sales skills, particularly face-to-face but also over the telephone
    • Excellent negotiation skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    What we're looking for

    • Proactive, curious, high-energy, results-oriented
    • Experience with proven consultative sales, preferably experience in high technology (services, software or hardware), with evidence of prior success in sales
    • Strong communicator with executive presence and sales acumen (including knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process from prospecting to close)
    • Track record of building excellent client relationships, and offering value added, insightful and strategic insight into their business
    • Proven ability to understand enterprise-wide issues and to structure innovative, integrated solutions
    • Extensive and relevant industry knowledge, specific to vertical markets per territory
